This modest bungalow had been altered a number of times by previous owners but still suffered from a small, cramped kitchen and undersized living room that defied reasonable furniture placement. These alterations will result in an additional bedroom, better kitchen arrangement with more bench space and an open plan living area leading to a re-built timber deck. Care has been taken to respect the original style of the house in the proposed work.
