House Alteration - Karori, Wellington 2011
The existing house had a small, cramped kitchen with poor circulation and not enough bench space. The alterations provided a new open plan kitchen with full height sliding glass doors to open up views of the back garden and allowed direct access to a paved courtyard and deck. Other work included the enlargement of an existing bedroom on the ground floor, and relocation of the laundry. Builder: Black Sheep Construction.
