The existing house had a dated kitchen that lacked bench space and suffered from awkward circulation between the main living spaces. The alterations provide a new open plan kitchen and family room. Cavity sliding doors enable flexibility of use between kitchen, living and family room. Generous external bi-folding doors lead to a new timber deck. New windows have been carefully placed to frame a view of the rear garden whilst providing privacy from neighbouring properties.
